Pre-race routine:

Woke up, did some packing, headed to Einstein's for a bagel and a caffeine drink. Met ColoMingle and watched my wife's race since she started and finished before me.
Event warmup:

Not enough, need to run and stretch but only consisted of walking around parts of the course

What I was worried about in T1 (getting shirt on, finding glasses and bike wasn't a problem, but getting on the bike was. I wasn't confident with the clipless shoes

Will do this course next year. Wife learned that if you are good at swimming but only ok at other two events, then lie about swim time and go slower so you aren't passed by everyone on the bike

Also forgot to do splits on my watch because I forgot to start it before the pool

Nice race!  Mini-Haha is a great way to get experience too.  Love that run-pace!

So, which ones are you signing up for now?  Louisville Legacy still has openings...
