Multisport Clinic NYC- St. Luke's Roosevelt/Toughman triathlon Multisport clinic

To all BT'rs,
The Toughman Half Iron is co-sponsoring a free multisport clinic on Sunday March 14th from 10am-4pm at St Luke's Roosevelt Hospital on W 59th st. There will be 8 speakers, and a vendor expo.
Topics will include- S,B,R- training, as well as Nutrition, Injury prevention, and other neat topics by names you already know.
