Subject: IMCDA Pre-Race Talk
Hi,

Next Friday I will conduct a free pre-race talk for my athletes and anyone else who is interested. I've done this about 6-7 times to about 500+ athletes and will discuss IM pacing, nutrition, decision-making and mental skills. I'll give you my thoughts on racing the Ironman as well as answer any questions you have. Please stop by and say hi!

When: Friday, 6/24, 9am
Where: Swim start area. In '03 we met on that little hilly thingy by the swim start and then moved about 25m over to the left. Just look for the strikingly bald dude in a Team Crucible jersey.

All attendees will receive a coupon good for 20% off the purchase of a CF training plan.

Thanks Rich!  I will make it over there too.  I will need all the last minute info I can get. I have already decided that a trainer or training partner is the only way to go for my next race.

Thanks. I really enjoy doing these talks. I've raced/attended/know so many Ironman athletes and it's such a small world that these are almost like conventions where you meet old friends. And it's always cool to put a name and face to an internet handle.
