Subject: How do you put in your training plan?

I read the directions, but do not understand how to put in my planned training? I do different workouts each day and get a new plan every 4 weeks from my coach. Is there a way to input what I'm to do each day, but still be allowed to blog my entry...of what I did?

Thanks,
Kathy

There are two ways that you can tackle this, you can either:

Switch to planned blog (let your mouse hover over the blog button) and you will be able to enter your schedule in the same manner that you enter your workouts.

OR

Choose the file cabinet in your training log and create a plan. This will allow you to add days and workouts that you can then import into your planned training.

Neither way will prevent you from actually entering your daily workouts.

yes, thats pretty much it, the second option where you go through the orange file icon is for training plans that you PLAN TO REUSE more than once...so you upload it in once, then you can import it into your planned blog anytime, any year.

see more on the second option at http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/cms/article-detail.asp?articleid=419 and then to import it anytime, http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/cms/article-detail.asp?articleid=416

but if you only going to use that 'plan' once, just input it via the 'planned blog' - using the hover over 'blog' to go to 'planned'...

let me know if you need anymore help.
