Pre-race routine:

awoke 5:30AM. dressed in clothes set out, ate odwalla bar for breakfast. set out bike in transition area. jogged to bathroom. jogged to race start.
Event warmup:

hardly a warmup. jogged to the bathroom and did 10 high steps.

What would you do differently?:

have an adequate warmup so i could start at race pace right away.

one rubber band snapped coming out of transition, so i had to put on bike shoes and run with them.
What would you do differently?:

make sure rubber bands won't break before i get on bike.
