I hope to not be as bored as yesterday and monopolize the forum. However, if that involves more pictures of me the guys (and Tania) won't mind. I had a good run at the gym last night. Just a short Tempo, but I was playing with the elevation grades and running severely uphill...Grandfather Mountain Marathon training if you remember what this thread started about. I still think it will take me well over 4.5 hours. Thats ok though. Its just another state and another training run. If I can "run" up G.F.Mtn, then I can run around Lake Minneola for the IM. That is all. Discuss amoungst yourselves. |
