I'm cheap I know. Just spent 400 bucks on a trainer so I'm looking for resources to make these indoor sessions a bit more enjoyable. Any helpers?!

The Sufferfest - cheap, but hard.  Check the indoor cycling resources page for podcasts with reviews.

http://trihardist.blogspot.com/ - a few free spinning sessions.  Audio only.
