Check out the homepage for training plans. You may want to consider adding a bike and/or a swim workout to your running now. Biking is a great complementary form of exercise to running!

welcome to the site...yes, check the programs on the main site and customize them to your needs and the triathlon distances u will be going for...trying a sprint in june i would guess?  should be no big deal.

good luck...if ya got any specific questions on the plan, tell us your distance your going for and where your at now in the 3 sports.  lots of people here to help with that.

I'd start to include swimming immediately. Trying to pull yourself through the water is an awesome aerobic workout, and will help your overall running. Biking works the legs as well, and stronger legs will help with explosive speed, especially for passing people.

There are several good plans here, although you may want to Google nutrition plans. I would think that your nutrition for T&F would be fine for tri-ing.

Welcome!

Joe
