WNY / Buffalo area - finished first race

Hi Everyone - I'm a newbie and just yesterday finished my first race:

I should have trained a lot more, but I finished and to me, that was the important part. Any tips are welcome - I have a lot of reading and a lot more training to do until I try one again. I'd like to finish the swim w/out grabbing onto something to catch my breath. Like many, swimming is my weak point. I was also really surprised that my bike was really slow. I thought it was average, but I was mistaken. I did, however, pull myself out of last place on the run, passing 3 other competitors.

There's only 1 way to improve, so after my well-deserved day off, it's back to the gym for me tomorrow morning.
