Time to get new shoes?

Member  37  Kitchener, Ontario |  Subject: Time to get new shoes?I got new shoes last June. I had a few problems but got inserts and was "good to go". I've been running all year but I only average about 15-20K/week. All was well until tonight, I got a huge blister. As far as I can tell everything was the same. Elite 2468  Racine, WI | Subject: RE: Time to get new shoes? Also, were you wearing your usual socks? For me blisters are more dependent on which socks I'm wearing than anything to do with my shoes. Also, if you were sweating more than usual your feet stay wet, that could do it. Still, figure 20km/wk (erring on the side of caution) =1040 km this year = 646.2 miles=Time for a new pair of shoes!! |
