Subject: RE: Pre-Oly (HIM??)Fuel plan it varies from person to person, but ive found in an olympic ill have a gel before the race about a bottle of water on the bike (sometimes more or less depending on heat/humidity ) and a gel during T2 with water at the run stops as i feel. the best plan is to try different things while training and find something that works for you for the distance/time/weather that will be the closest to the race conditions. its hard to plan for your first, but after that you will have a better idea. |
