what brand and type (spray, cream) of sunblock do you like the best for your events?

I imagine the spray is quicker to use in transition, but does it work as well as cream?  I've always used cream sunblocks, but don't want to waste time applying it if the spray works just as well.

Thanks

I use whatever kind of waterproof sun block is on sale.  I only put it on before training and races, and have never re-applied in transition.  That works for me, but I don't burn very easily.

anything spray also labelled as sport works great for me.  i burn pretty easily and have found as long as it is water/sweat proof any kind works pretty well.  spray is more expensive but worth it because of the ease and speed of application.

I have used both Kinesys and Bullfrog.  The Kinesys seems to go further than the Bullfrog.  What I like about the Kinesys is no sting if it gets in your eyes, not oily once dry, stays on a long time, and no odor(fragrance).

I use a good 50 cream before putting on the wetsuit, then spray in both Ts with some coppertone sport 50 which I find is really greasy so will probably move to 30. It only takes 10-20 seconds, but if you burn it's good insurance.

I used Bullfrog last year and although I was very happy with the protection I did not like the fact that it turned me a shade of whitish blue and turned my wetsuit white.  This year I am going to try Watermans Applied Science brand.  I heard great things about this product especially its water properties.

I'm always interested in trying out new sunscreen, so I just checked out the Kinesys website based on your recommendation. It looks like pretty good stuff. Easy application and a very good value. I think I'm going to give it a whirl.

 x2 on Kinesys
I always pick up a ton of it at Costco at the beginning of the summer.
Was happy too see that they have made a 50 SPF version this year!

x2. I go nowhere without sunscreen, working out or otherwise.  Skin cancer sucks. Usually use Neutrogena or Bullfrog.  Not sure if I can even find the Kinesys around here.

I usually don't use sunblock unless going to the beach/park, which is seldom.  However, when we do, we use Blue Lizard.  Stuff works great.
