Subject: All advice welcome
Hi everyone,
Just signed up for a 3/4 tri (800m swim / 30k ride / 7.5k run). Would appreciate advice on the bike stage. I have a cannondale bad boy with road tyres and was wondering what adjustments i should make to optimise comfort, speed & efficiency?
