Subject: Profile Design T2+ Arm Pad
Hey Everyone,

The left armpad of my aerobars snapped last night.  Wondering if anyone has a spare (or set of spares) that they'd be willing to part with.  Please let me know.

Same thing happened to me. I called (not email- you might not get a response) Profile Design and about 2 days later replacements showed up. Just give them a call. This seems to be a known issue. The only question they asked me was "what is your address?". I was very impressed. One thing, you might get the new metal ones that don't snap, which worked well for me!

Glad you had a good experience. Yeah, I was shocked- the guy didn't want to know when I bought the bike or anything else. He just sent em out! Awesome.
