Drank Ultramet with Red Bull, OJ and bannana. Drank Cytomax before (may have drank too much). Took 4 supplements (Muscle Nitro) 1 MultiVitamin

Felt very uncomfortable in the water in the beginning but when people started to clear out, stroke and breathing were comfortable.
What would you do differently?:

Sight more and start out in the back more.

Mountain bike was used on this race as did not have a tri bike. When coming out of the water, very hard to bring my heart rate down and felt as though I couldn't get a good pace on the bike until about mile 7.

Practice more going directly from Swimming to biking
