Swim
Comments: Felt very uncomfortable in the water in the beginning but when people started to clear out, stroke and breathing were comfortable. What would you do differently?: Sight more and start out in the back more. Transition 1
Comments: very nervous about making sure everything was put on correctly. Took too long putting on socks and shoes. What would you do differently?: Practice putting on shoes and socks Bike
Comments: Mountain bike was used on this race as did not have a tri bike. When coming out of the water, very hard to bring my heart rate down and felt as though I couldn't get a good pace on the bike until about mile 7. What would you do differently?: Practice more going directly from Swimming to biking Transition 2
Comments: Knocked over another racers bike during transition and went and picked it up - got frazzled What would you do differently?: Just be faster! Run
Comments: Felt good on the run and did not take the first water stop - should have. Could have pushed it more at the end. Post race

Drank Ultramet with Red Bull, OJ and bannana. Drank Cytomax before (may have drank too much). Took 4 supplements (Muscle Nitro) 1 MultiVitamin
Stretched and swam in water before starting
