Comments: A lot of fun. Was in the second draft. Definitely would not have been able to hang in 1st draft. What would you do differently?: Better position at start to avoid possible collisions with other riders. Post race

Up early. Coffee, 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/4 cup of mixed nuts. Hydrate with water and Powerade cut 50/50 with water. Stretches, stationary jumping.
A few minutes of one leg warmups and then a few sprints and jumps to get the HR up.
