Shoulder is pretty bad, ankle feels a little better and the swelling has gone down some. The shoulder I can understand because I landed on it but I can't for the life of me figure out how I twisted my ankle. Oh well, I guess I'll have the time to finish the beginning running article now.  Thanks again for all of the well wishes! |
