Do any of your swims serve the purpose of also being active recovery?  You have some posts up here about how this year has been a significant increase in training load and how you've had some recovery issues.  If this is still a concern for you, I wouldn't consider this.  I know when I trained for my IM I was grateful for the swims because they were "easy" days.

If you add run time, I think that I would add another day of running, and not increase the times for all the runs.  You've got some pretty decent run mileage already and I think going after frequency instead of duration would minimize the risk of injury.

Also consider that although the race times are not equal, there is something to be said for not being exhausted when you get on the bike!

I think I maxed out around 30ish mpw (most averaged 22-25 mpw), but I was nowhere near as fast as you.  Long run at 2:45 and I definitely wouldn't recommend running much longer than that.  If you have a strong running background I can understand the argument for a 2:15-2:30 longest long run.

My $0.02.  Don't drop the swim.

It doesn't matter what other people are running.  What matters is how much you are running (and biking and swimming) relative to your capacity to do each and your needs on race day.  Your swim is WAY below your bike & run.  And you haven't even been running 30mpw.  Your modification plan is a good way to end up injured and lose another week (or more) of training.  Keep swimming.

Coach Ken here out of Colorado Springs:

What do your runs look like during your peak week of training?
