Yesterday was a big YELLOW block and unless you count helping friends out with tornado damage as a peach or stressing sitting in the closet I am yellow and will be for a while.

We had one touch down across the street from us. We are without power. More severe weather predicted for today and tomorrow.

Lost a bit of focus with last night.

On a peachy roll.  Did isolated leg drills on the trainer this morning.  Total suckage, but peachy all the same.

wgraves7582 - 2010-05-12 7:56 AM Well it is Wednesday and our son's good buddy is going in to have surgery to remove cancerous material in his knee area.  He is 13 y/o and I guess they call this Soft Tissue Cancer and it is not a good thing.  So far it is just in the knee area and has not spread so we are praying that they get it all and his recovery time is short with the required radiation treatments.  I just shake my head at the thought of that for a 13 y/o having to endure that.  His name is Cory and if you could pray for him as well I would greatly appreciate it.

Today's peach is dedicated to Cory!  May he bike many more miles than I.  Sending prayers and healing energy out to him.

Nah - just get back on the hog again tomorrow - you are great!  Don't worry about it!!!

Oh, I don't give up on tris or training, but I'm starting to think that Peachy Month is a losing battle.

Ok - I "Think" I am back. We got power back late last night right as the ice cubes started to melt considerably so hopefully we were able to save a bunch of the stuff in the freezer/fridge and deep freeze.

I am going to try for a 3 mile run today – just will be yellow for the past couple of days.

Right now just trying to do things we hate to do but realize when you have no power and such that it needs to be done - dishes, laundry, bills etc.

Btw - thanks for all the PMs, posts, thoughts, and prayers. We appreciated it. I apologize if I didn't get back individually.
