Rev 3 deferral - advice?

So Mr. cthoops and I signed up for the Rev 3 Oly in Connecticut several months ago, and now we need to defer our entries to next year.  Rev 3 races are (IMO) pricey, but it made us more comfortable to know that they had a liberal deferral policy.

I have now e-mailed them twice (and also left a voice mail asking for a call back), and have heard nothing but crickets chirping in response.  I'm not necessarily expecting them to have a plan for transfers set up yet, but I'm concerned that I haven't even received a simple, "Got your e-mail, we'll be sending out further info later re: how you'll be entered for next year."  The cynical lawyer in me is starting to get concerned - and irritated.  I don't want them to claim later that we didn't notify them properly.  Any thoughts/advice would be welcome.
