Pool and a place to ride in Cincinnati Ohio

I am going to be in Cincinnati for almost 2 weeks this summer.   If anyone knows the area, please let me know the location of the following.
1. A pool to swim.  I have checked with my hotel and it is only a 15-20 yard pool. 

2. A place to ride.   I currently ride in a state park so traffic is light.  I am not real excited about riding on busy roads.   Is there any bike friendly parks or roads in the area?   My workouts are usually in the 15-30 mile range but I do not mind doing 5 mile loops if I have to.

I will have my car so I am willing and able to drive to get to good locations.    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
