I'm mostly concerned with my seat height/position. I want to get a pro fitting but I am not sure if I should change my seat stem first. It currently has a stem that is offset to the rear a little and I have the seat as far forward as I can adjust it. I don't really get any rear knee pain at the moment but always feel like I want the seat a little more forward. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I agree, think you need to move the seat forward.

Aero helmet on the trainer. Nice touch. Smile

You might be a little stretched out, but it's hard to tell (for me) from that angle. Can you do a shot that is dead 90 degrees to the bike?

Does your seat stem flip around?  If so, it'll be easy and cheap to move the seat forward.

You actually look quite good. If you feel as if you need to move forward, I would recommend enlogating your cockpit at the same time to remain in the same position you are in now. But by all means, there's nothing wrong with the saddle-bottom bracket position as it is now.

You might want to try riding out on the nose of your saddle.

If you are more than 1 month from any important race, I'd move the seat forward as much as 1".  This should also allow you to get your head more level, too.
