Subject: 24 hour Championships
In case anyone is interested, the US has a team competing in France. Currently going on.

here's the updates

One of the members is on another site I frequent. His story is very impressive; used to weigh 300 lbs., got into running, and is now representing the US.

I know by me they have a 48hr and 24 hr race that gets quite a few Europeans each fall... I even had **** crap can't remember his name*** ??tony Mangrum??? stay at my place before the race when his sponsers housing fell through.

what type of course is this??   I was looking for info like that and couldnt' find it

I was watching the splits towards the end... Henze came from about 20th over the last 2 hours and obviously had a lot left since it looks like he ran the fastest lap anybody in the race, and if I remember correctly, it was in the last 30 minutes. I was cheering him on, it seemed possible he could get a top ten. Absolutely inhuman what those guys (and ladies) were doing yesterday.

yeah, wow. lol, I doubt I can even run a 22 minute 5 k if I tapered for it. lol. I need to run more...clearly.
