I agree with this. the whole point is to challenge each other but keeping in mind our training goals and races which is the most important. at least for me

I agree with the teams option. I would like to see each team have a balanced roster with people who are training for various distances on each team. I would also suggest we all send our smelly running shoes to the losing team...
