Last night during the swim the water in my ear started to bother me. Looking for suggestions for earplugs. I don't think it was anything like swimmer's ear. My daughter has dealt with that. Also with a cold water tri (Keuka, NY) coming up I thought it would help.

Mack's Pillow Soft silicone earplugs are popular, cheap ($3) and easily available (Walgreen's, Walmart, Rite-Aid, Duane Reed, etc).

I use them in cold water; without them I tend to experience dizziness after the swim.

These are the ones I use. I just throw a pair in each goggle case:

Mack's pillow soft. Ear plugs that aren't silicone won't stay in my ears, and other silicone brands weren't as flexible/sticky.

I use Speedo ear plugs that are similar to the ones posted above.  They are clear, but have never fallen out.  No water in and no more dizziness.

Finis has an ear plug that looks like it forms well to the ear, but mine would fall out periodically.

I picked up a pair of Tyr molded silcone ones at the local shop. I'll give them a try tonight.
