Subject: Freewheel to Freehub- is it possible?
I found an older Zipp disc for sale, but it is set up for a freewheel.  Is it possible to convert this to a freehub system for a 10sp cassette?  If possible, is it worth the time and expense?

Do you mean it has a track hub? Single threaded on gear? If so you'd need to get a new axle, something like this: http://www.zipp.com/accessories/detail.php?ID=125
