Thanks Merlin. I haven't thought of the swimming lessons, I think that would do it. I can tell she really wants to but needs some confidence in the swim. For some reason my coaching hasn't given her the courage, maybe another coach could.

Let your wife do her own thing. I tried to get my bf into tri’s but he’s just not into it. He’ll train with me and even do bricks but has no interest in competing. He says he is not meant to race but to support me because if he were racing he would be worried about how I was doing and where I was the whole time.

 

If she wants to do it then she will. It might take her awhile to come around but give her her own space and time with it. You wouldn’t want to pressure her into doing one and having her hate it?
