All you Team Hoss wannabe's saw was some jostling for alpha male on our team. Joe's point about being out training is well taken -- you guys can run your mouths all you want but when it comes down to milage, to borrow a line from one of my favorite movies:

You have been weighed and measured and been found lacking.

Good luck suckers.

One of my favorite lines from my Army days:

Happiness is being a paratrooper, and being alive to brag about it.

Mike can be the Alpha Training Male, but it's going to be a free-for-all for Alpha-Smack-Talker.  The losers will be all those other teams out there...

Apparently not realizing that this female's the true alpha around here. Get training, boys!

Believe me Joe, I'm not worthy...you and Kim can fight it out all you want.

There's no fight between Kimmy and me!  I love Kim!  I just figured that she was busy with all the clerical duties of captaining us to victory, and I'm willing to step up to the smack-talking-plate and keep knocking 'em out of the park.

Feel free to help lay the smack on those other teams: Endless Whining, Unlucky Ladies, Team Dingaling, et al...

Joe, you are the best duck on this site...great job! By the way, I have been admiring your abilities on a couple of other threads and I have to say I am glad you are on my team. I kind of get tired of people who talk a lot of game but then really don't back it up -- case in point those who run off at the mouth at you and who biked 30 miles last month, regardless of their excuses. It is like Shawn Bradley running his mouth at Shaq. It just doesn't make sense.

Amen, Brother Mike!  Heck, Mandi's bike goal of 40 miles is a single training ride for me.  But you're no slouch in the training dept.!  I like your speeds - especially on the swim - wish I could break that damn 2:00/100 barrier...
