Subject: desoto 400 mile shorts ?

I here good things about these shorts. Any Clydes currently in these shorts or tried these shorts? I'm at the outer limit of their size chart @ 6'2" and 220lbs and 39" waist: Just trying to get some fit characteristics.
Any other good short suggestions are welcome! I've started to ride more for HIM training and really would like a good comfortable Pad for longer distances.

I am at 6'4" and 220 and wear the XL 400 mile shorts and they fit perfectly. I don't wear them for racing, but as I am building miles on longer rides, they are awesome!

With DeSoto, order without fear as their customer service is amazing!!!
