Subject: 3 hour ride/run brick starting in Addison, Sat 05/29 8am
I need to get in a 2-2.5 hour ride Saturday morning.  Nothing crazy(keeping the HR in Z1-Z2), probably average 16-17 mph depending on the wind.  Afterward I'll be doing a 30 minute easy(around 10 min/mile) run.  I'm rolling out from my place in North Addison & heading north, anyone want to join?

u can come out this way and ride w/ me if you like, but I'll be in zone 4/5 for intervals and zone 3 the rest.
