I need a program  to add to my day or every other

don't really need to add strength for my arms or legs work does a fine job of that

Surf back in my training log to one of the days where I do ABS. My trainer does a pretty good job of mixing it up. and it doesn't require any (much) special equipment. He sometimes uses a Pilates ball.

Also, if you buy a Pilates ball at Target or a discount Sporting goods store, they will sometimes come with a core training program.

I know your job is a pretty good workout, but you might also look at some of the other training sessions. Your job may be working out only some of your muscles.

have one of those balls got it for some holiday  (mental note find ball)

ABS General is what ?  the other  understand and will try adding these soon

I usually explain what it is in the strength notes.

In this case it was to get into the push up position, except elbows instead of hands. Hold the position for 60 seconds. (or as long as you can) Repeat 3 times.

I think this is a really good all around set of core exercises that does not need any special equipment.  Mostly abs (various) and back strengthening (very good) - one set of pushups - which is good too.  Pushups involve arms, back, shoulders, abs.  A great exercise.

Run through this doing say 3 sets of 5 to start.  Then work up from there.
