BP oil spill a concern for IMFL swim?

I'm really worried about it.  IMFL is going to be my first IM.  If they cancel the swim after I've worked so hard to get there, I'll be incredibly disappointed.  I don't know what options will be available other than chalking it up to experience, and registering for another one in 2011.
