Today was my rest day, but we did take the bikes out and rode around Greenlake three times for a total of 8.4 miles. It was a gorgeous afternoon! Training-wise it really makes you learn to keep on your toes when you're riding along with walkers, kids, dogs, roller bladers, and other bikers.
