All right TENS - I'm sitting here trying to figure out what I can accomplish for training in the rain and tornado watch - and catching up on computer stuff while I eat my oatmeal...man is it getting boring after reading about Chris's great food!

So.....are all of you out busy training and not posting here? I sure hope so! I'm going to end up a bit behind this week, but should be back on track for next week and beyond....BALANCING is tricky biz with family and home - so much easier when I was a single girl with a rental place! (grumble grumble)

Remember to send me your totals tomorrow (Sunday or whatever day it may be in your part of the world!) which should include tomorrow's times I think. I have to send them to Renee on Monday.

Ok - enough from me....what's new with you????

Morning Team

Here's my logs for the challenge so far

Swim 105 mins (target 360)

Run 30mins (target 180)

Bike 75 mins (target 360)

Can time on a spinning bike be included.  My time for the bike will be more if hey are included as well.

Not as much as I would have hoped but my calf is stopping me from doing anymore don't worry though I'll make it to my targets by the end of the month.

PS Chris the cute boys at the pool was for me so I don't get bored doing my water running! Lol.  There wasn't any at the pool on the weekend unfortunately hehe!

You guys are just AWESOME!!!!

Chris - congrats on your race, I'll look forward to the report and photos. You did so well especially considering you were tapering for a race!

With 4 teammates still to report (dodgersmom, goblue9696, jodilynn and lawlessryde) we are still sitting pretty at overall 17.72463% for the team! That can only get better as we get the additional numbers calculated in.

Unfortunately, I am the slacker this week at 18% overall. I am not sure why I set my running goal so high (mental lapse perhaps) but I am all dressed and ready to do 4 or 5 miles this morning to start to 'catch up'....I promise I'll do everything I can not to let you all down!!!

Once we get the other totals posted or pm'ed to me, I'll start a new thread with an updated chart for week 2.

GO GOOD IN-10-TIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hugs to you all,
annabanana
