So who's in. I love this race and can't wait to see where I end up in my new age group. Also with it being chip timed it should be a little easier to find out the results at the end. Hope the weather holds out.

My boyfriend and I are registered. Palatine is his hometown and he did this race as his first and only triathlon to date back when he was 17. The weather is not looking good!

I wish. It was sold out when I went to register about three weeks ago.

If I could design my own race it'd be a HIM swim, Sprint Bike, and Oly run. This is as close as I'd ever seen to that design. Sounds like the weather held off. Hope y'all had fun.

Was a fun race, I just managed to beat the storm!

Hey Mike, we've actually met before - at the Logan Square Auditorium. My boyfriend Michael runs with beer runners sometimes. Looks like I'll see you at your party this weekend.
