Comments:

My run was on course with my traning pace. Altough I was very surprized To see my 5k time because I felt like a snail. It was my personal best time.
It took about a mile to get into a groove with the run. The first hill was a killer.
My finish was a strong a finsh as I have had.
What would you do differently?:

Still need to do more brick work outs. I need to get up to speed a lot Quicker. Start my ending kick sooner.
Post race
Warm down:

Just stop running.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Getting up to speed and not enough hill work.

Event comments:

Course: OH MY GOD! The first hill was brutal. I felt like I need an elevater. I swear it was straight up. It probley looked like I was running in reverse. Then it got worse and went right into another hill just like it, but taller and in the grass not like the first one which was paved. After the first four hills the course flattened out and it was fine. Most of the course was in the grass. We used the campuses cross country course.
