Noob from Sacramento!

Hey, Ben. Welcome to triathlon-ing! I'm in the area (Roseville). I'm not planning on doing the West Sac Int'l (I believe that's the one you're referring to), but good luck with that! I imagine it will be pretty hot. My next scheduled race is Folsom Int'l on 8/14, which will probably be plenty hot as well.

If you didn't already know, there's a triathlon club in Sacramento (http://www.sactriclub.com) but I've never been. The club closer to me is Tri-Sierra (http://www.trisierra.com). There's also a triathlon-specific store (again, I've never been there) called Total Tri Sports (http://www.totaltri.com) and all of the Fleet Feet stores have been getting into the triathlon craze.
