Subject: two-a-day workout recovery How much time do you guys spend between your workouts resting? Sometimes i feel like i'm good to go after only 3 hours. I usually do my swim workout at 11:30 - 12:30, and fit in a bike/run at 6:30. Just wanna know if its ok to do a bike or run at 3:00 instead. Or maybe do my run at 8:00am and do my swim at 11:30. I have a very flexible schedule, impeded only by my social life and a flexible part time job. |
