Is there a timer from any company that will time your run/walk intervals that is good?

All i found so far was THIS TIMER. Anyone have this one or a different one that they like?

Wouldn't any watch that measure splits be sufficient?

Whenever I used to do the run/walk, I used my Garmin 101. It can be set up to alert you for any set of timed intervals.

Lots of sports watches have interval timers. Many of the TIMEX Ironman ones do: just make sure they have the type of interval you want (that is, if you want to run say 4 minutes walk 1, 4:1, then a 2-interval timer is fine). But if you wanted a bunch of different intervals, then you need a multiple-interval timer function.

I use a gymboss interval timer. It is small and clips to you. I like it alot. And it is only $20.  http://www.gymboss.com/

Any timing watch does this. Timex Ironman line that has interval timer does it. You can find those watches at Target or Walmart or even Amazon for under $20.

Also if you have a Garmin 305 or 320XT you can set it up to beep on either or vibrate on the 310 at either time or distance intervals.
