Subject: Installing and Fitting Profile Design Jammer GT
Just picked up some Jammer GTs for my road bike and had a question about installing them. Is the width of their positioning on the handlebars and length/angle of the handles simply a matter of comfort or is there something more scientific?

Thanks
Doug

95% comfort, 5% aesthetics....

Okay, not quite. But it's mostly comfort.

Comfort and aeroness (is that a word?). General thought process with aerobars is to have your arms parallel to the ground, hands close together, and elbows no wider than your knees while having your weight supported by your skeleton as opposed to your muscles. Some people like to go as narrow as they can without restricting breathing with the bars and pads. Not to confuse you but I've seen people recently with the bars pointed down for comfort and bars pointed up for comfort.
