GMSR Green Mtn Stage Race

Anyone doing/have done this?
Thinking of making the trip up from Philly for the long weekend.
Does anyone know where the chef from Five Spice Cafe went to? Heard a rumor maybe at Single Pebble?  I admit I go to Burlington as much for the food as the racing!
