Vacation in Kauai

I'm on Oahu, but I did a quick search on Kauai, and there seems to be a public pool in Kapa'a.

Kapa'a is pretty close to Lihue, where the Marriott is. Possibly a public pool in Lihue as well, but I have no idea.

if the public pools are like Oahu's, they usually offer lap swimming.

This is a very cool place.I preferswimming over my TT, travelling preferable with the waveboard, paying extra for the board I just don’t leave home without it.Please search over the internet.

Hi, I live on Kauai, There is a YMCA up the road from the Marriott, newer pool.  Master's practice at 8 am. Billy Brown is the coach, I think it is $10 for the facility and if you want a workout $5 for Billy. Kalipaki beach is also a great place to swim for open water.  We have a couple tri's there. If you need to bike you can rent one at Kauai Cycle in Kapaa. Marriott has the best running loop as well, with different distance options.  I live up the street and train around there.
