ironannekidd - 2010-08-05 3:47 AM Good morning team

So far I have done a Pilates core workout, Ab Ripper X, and some core workouts from Runner's world. I'm open for suggestions for tonights workout.

I'll try to get to the spreadsheet tonight, too so I can update it. I can't get to it from work.

What about the core workouts right here from BT?  I'll browse the articles and link them back to this post.

Ok, there's the straight listing of a bunch of exercieses HERE

Then there's these D3 core workouts:

CORE 1

CORE 2

CORE 3

CORE 4

CORE 5

CORE 6

Thanks!!! I will check them out tonight!

Plucking along and enjoying my week off no workouts other than the core challenge.

So not used to have so much time on my hands! ;-)

wgraves7582 - 2010-08-06 9:11 AM Still coring along.

I notice some teammies have not entered info into spreadsheet and we are way behind the other teams!!!

I can't get to the spreadsheet from work, and I just haven't had much time in the evenings from home. I will update it this weekend. I have worked out every day this week, so far.

Dang it!  I got wrapped up in prepping for military duty this weekend and didn't get my core in last night.

That will be the only time.  My apologies to my teammates.

Standings after the first week:

1. Washboard 21.94%
2. No More Love Handles 18.06%
3. Six Packs 13.23%

Good job everyone. Keep on working on your core and inspiring your team mates that need a little push.

Speaking of which. We do have a couple of challenge participants, that have yet to log their first workout. I sent them the message below today as a PM.

Hello,

This is a friendly reminder that you signed up for the August Core Challenge, but so far, you haven't logged any workouts in the spreadsheet.

Please log your workouts by tomorrow night or I will take you out of the challenge to keep things fair for the teams.

Thanks,

Kathrin

My abs hurt today.  I have such a weak core Laughing.  I'm hoping that after this challenge I see some better swim times at my next race from the ab work.
