Comments:

Had a bad crash at mile 22. I was trying to use the areobars and lost my balance. I landed on my back and hit my head hard on the road. The impact cracked my helmet and I got a nice case of road rash. A great fellow racer named Ray stopped to help me. It took the next 8 miles to recover and get my nerve back.
