I seem to have lost my motivation. It may be the 99% humidity we are having here in NYC, and looking out my window in the morning at dreary, foggy, hot haze is no incentive to get out (plus, it just aint fun training in this), but, I have at least 2 more tris coming up & I need one of you to kick me & say get off your lazy arse & workout.

Thanks!

You know what we call those conditions here in Georgia: Summer.

Suck it up, Buttercup!

Get out before dawn, when it's the coolest; sweat your arse off; and git 'er dun!

wow, that was pretty heavy. I have my own personal hero, my dad, and thinking of him during the training & especially the scary parts of the open water have been helpful. Guess it's time to call on pops again!

Go out there and do it. You'll hate yourself for not later and even more after the race. Get up real early so you won't be able to think about it. Onvce you do do it you'll feel a lot better about yourself.
