Tri for Sight

I'm in. First triathlon, actually. Should be a good starter.

I did it a few years ago, from what I remember it was set up well. Flattish bike course, rolling run course that was partially shaded???

Good luck on your first one! I will be coming in from southern Indiana the night before.

Bike course has some decent hills on it. A couple of pretty fun little climbs. Run is through that park across from the stadium. Be prepared for the quarter mile run from the swim exit to transition.

I practiced the course earlier this week and there are a few hills on the bike course and the majority of the run is rolling but is shaded through alot of it.

Thanks for reminder about that run from swim to transition area. Must have forgotten about the hills on the bike course

I am a big dude, will be riding a naked Aluminum Giant Road bike and probably wearing a bright green shirt.

I am going to be doing the Tri For Sight this year!!  I can't freaking wait - the last time I wanted to do it was in 2008 and I ended up getting pregnant before   Oh well - this is the year! 

My hubby just completed the Ironman in Louisville so its my turn   Nothing like an Ironman but I am THRILLED to say the least! 

I LOVE that there is this tread - I'll take ANY AND ALL advice!!

I am up for this one, but I believe it is on Labor day weekend again which sucks for me.
