Subject: Prarieman - where to eat?
I have a group of us from Houston looking for food the night before Prarieman. Preferably Italian or something with simple pastas and salads. Anyone have any recs?

Right near the race site, I think it's a super 8 about a mile away...

I must've stayed at the same Super 8. Very convenient. There was a pasta place in the strip center out front. I ate there the night after. I brought my own stuff the night before.
