I just bought a rocket science sport race belt and am clueless as to how to affix the number to the D rings.  Does anyone know how to do this?

Obviously their stuff actually is designed for rocket scientists!

Sorry, I have no idea.  I googled it to see what it looked like and found this picture of the belt with the number attached, but not sure how it is done.  Can you open the d rings?  Do those little nubs have anything to do with it?

After looking at the picture and reading the description "Finally, a race belt that makes sense! Rocket Science's elastic Race Belt uses an innovative D-ring system to hold your race number in place without using easily lost, removable small parts.", I would guess the D-rings open for you to be able to clip them through the holes in the race number.

Not a RS, but my race belt has those.

First, slide the little rubber O ring up above the split in the D ring.

Then, kind of push/twist the D ring so the split opens up.  Slide the bottom end through the hole in your bib.  This takes about three hands...

Then slide the O ring down so that the bib can't accidentally slip through the split in the D ring

Repeat for the other one

Thanks everyone.  I did find that pic before but while I was looking at the D-rings I didn't see any openings in them but leave it to me to not figure out something so simple.  I showed my Mom and she figured it out in about 2 sec....the little rubber washer things cover the D-ring openings and I didn't think to even move them : )  Thanks for your help!
