2 Boiled eggs, oatmeal and apple juice.

Drove to Cleburne for the ride, about a 1 1/2 hour drive.

Course: Great course, it was downhill the first 6 or so miles. I was averaging 18.9 MPG at mile 30 when I took a 9 minute break for a fillup on my camelbak and to visit the rest room.
