Expert  1121   Menomonee Falls, WI |  Subject: Tough Guy/GalWondering who gets to collect the tough-guy/gal award on this fine day? Has anyone around the Milw area taken on the outdoor conditions today (and I'm not talking about shoveling or snowblowing)? |

Expert 1037 Portland, OR | Subject: RE: Tough Guy/Gal DH (menglo) went on a run this morning up in West Bend where we live. He was trudging through at least shin-deep snow the whole time! He only did five miles, but he said it was the hardest run he's ever done! I was going to go for a couple miles, but in all my shortness, the snow was up to my knees, and I really couldn't manage it. Glad I didn't though because about two minutes after he got back, our power went out, and has been out all day up until a few minutes ago. He had to take a cold shower in the dark after running in the awful wind and snow! Yuck. |

It was below the -1 dewpoint, which was cool, because the mosture in the air was freezing right before my eyes. Could sure use some of that global warming right about now....
